What counts as a tender?
One full extraction run. You upload a tender's documents and TossPaper extracts the scope and line items. Your monthly allowance is measured in tenders.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan gives you 2 tenders a month at no cost and needs no card, so you can run real tenders before deciding on a paid plan. Upgrade whenever you need a larger allowance.
What happens if I go over my monthly tenders?
Nothing stops. Additional tenders are billed at your plan's overage rate, CA$100 per extra tender on Basic and Intermediate and CA$50 on Pro, and appear on your next invoice.
Do unused tenders roll over?
No. Your allowance resets at the start of each billing cycle.
Is there a page limit per tender?
Yes. Up to 200 pages per tender on Basic and Intermediate, and up to 300 on Pro.
What is the difference between monthly and yearly billing?
Yearly is billed once for the year and works out to two months free compared with paying monthly.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from the billing portal. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
How do I pay, and is it secure?
By card, through Stripe. Your card details are handled by Stripe and are never stored on TossPaper's servers.
What currency are prices in?
All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD).
